Local white cheddar, wrapped with house made bacon and dipped in Pearl Street Pale Ale beer batter. 10 cheese curds deep fried to order-melted cheese, crispy batter on the outside. Curds are served with fresh jalapeño cream cheese and garnished with a slice of jalapeño.
